1. Service Registration Requirement

No legal consultation, advice, meeting, documentation, or case-related service shall be considered valid unless:

• Required consultation fees are fully paid
• Client registration is completed
• Appointment is officially confirmed from our side

Without proper payment and registration, no service obligation exists.

2. No Refund Policy

All payments, consultation charges, booking fees, legal service fees, and registration charges are strictly non-refundable.

No money-back claim, cancellation claim, or compensation request will be accepted once payment is processed, except where required by applicable law.

3. No Middleman / Agent Policy

This platform operates directly between the client and our authorized legal team only.

We do not authorize:

• Agents
• Brokers
• Third-party mediators
• Unofficial representatives

Do not trust any external person claiming to represent us without official confirmation.

If you deal with fraudsters, scammers, fake agents, or unauthorized persons, you alone will be responsible for any financial or legal loss.

4. Fake Identity & Fraud Warning

Any person, website, social account, or business falsely claiming association with us is unauthorized and potentially fraudulent.

Only the official owner and authorized team have rights to provide services under this platform.

5. Appointment Policy

All meetings, consultations, and legal appointments are scheduled only from our side upon client request and subject to availability.

We reserve the right to:

• Accept or reject appointment requests
• Reschedule appointments
• Cancel meetings due to emergencies, legal conflicts, safety concerns, or unavoidable circumstances

6. Client Responsibility

Clients must provide:

• Accurate personal information
• Genuine legal documents
• Truthful statements and evidence

Any false information, forged document, concealment of facts, or misleading statement provided by the client shall be entirely the client's responsibility.

We are not liable for consequences arising from false client disclosures.

7. Personal Meeting Risk & Conduct

During physical or online meetings, clients must maintain professional and lawful behavior.

Any dispute, argument, misunderstanding, emotional conflict, communication issue, or personal disagreement between client and advocate shall be handled according to law and professional conduct rules.

Both parties are expected to act respectfully.

8. Advocate Safety & Protection Policy

The safety, dignity, and professional security of advocates/lawyers are strictly protected.

The following actions are prohibited:

• Threatening an advocate
• Harassment or abuse
• Blackmail or intimidation
• Physical violence
• Defamation
• Recording meetings without consent
• Online harassment or stalking

If any client or third party causes harm, danger, reputational damage, or security risk to our advocate/legal team, strict legal action may be initiated.

This may include:

• Immediate service termination
• Permanent blacklisting
• Police complaint
• Civil and criminal proceedings
• Compensation claims for damages

9. No Guarantee of Legal Outcome

Legal consultation or representation does not guarantee victory, settlement, bail, approval, or favorable court outcome.

All legal matters depend on:

• Facts
• Evidence
• Court procedures
• Judicial discretion
• Applicable law

No lawyer can legally promise a guaranteed result.

10. Limitation of Liability

We shall not be liable for:

• Client negligence
• Missed deadlines caused by client delay
• Incomplete documentation
• Loss due to fraud by third parties
• Personal disputes outside official services

11. Legal Enforcement

Any violation of these terms may result in immediate suspension or termination of service and legal action without prior notice.

The owner reserves all rights to protect intellectual property, reputation, business interests, advocates, and legal operations.

By using this website, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to all terms and conditions.
